At the beginning, Geomnesia is totally unknown and has to warm up. That means that during the first time, mostly private users have to be decoyed and the surplus value compared to other routplanning sites and other portals has to be clearly visible. The first users would probably be located among hobbyists like motorcycle routes, skating routes, etc.; meeting points and 'show-where-I-live' and probably some smaller organizers/shops (as long as it doesn't cost anything to show their own location). But after reaching a specific 'critical mass', the system is gonna be of interest for bigger customers. How big this 'critical mass' is, that has to be found out. The system has to have a professional appearance from the beginning, surely at some specific point there's gonna come the need for professional advertising in offline-medias. If one has to address more general media like TV, magazines, radio, etc. or primarily specialist magazines, has to be found out.

Maybe cooperations with bigger/established partners are possible/necessary, but this always contains the risk of being preempted and being ripped off. :-(

So legal and business aid is unavoidable after a short time.

How much the license fees of the mapsuppliers are and how their licensing is built, that has to be found out.
